I assist clients in the sale and purchase of homes throughout the greater San Francisco and Monterey Bay Areas and have done so since 2003. I've lived in the Santa Cruz Mountains for more than 30 years and understand commute patterns as well as back roads to everywhere. You may be wondering what the SRES designation is; it's an acronym for "Senior Real Estate Specialist". This designation is earned by being trained and certified to work specifically with older clients to find homes that work for them as they age. To assist them to meet their needs, make sure they get updates and follow up notes on conversations, liquidate their long time residences in a manner that works for their timeline and locate homes that allow them to age in place. It is more about listening and understanding their needs than anything else and it is my privilege to be of service to them. If you know someone of any age considering a home purchase or sale I would appreciate your referral so I can provide the process, the current market and other options of which they may not be aware. Sometimes people with a little distance from a set of circumstances can see the whole picture and provide a fresh perspective for the client.
