This is one of the easiest ways to update your home & create a neutral space for buyers to imagine themselves in. Gone are the Crayola box days where each room is a different, bright color. Keeping the paint neutral gives your home the appearance of being bigger as well! 🙌🏻

Do you prefer gray or ivory based neutrals? Personally, I’m more of a gray-girl, and I do my own paint jobs!

I encourage you to do a little research online to see what’s available in your price range. It will help you understand more about your market, areas you want to focus your home search in, and ideas on decorating when you do find your dream home!

Don’t pay too much attention to the estimates that some websites offer (ie: zestimates) as those can be up to 30% off on either end. Your agent will be able to better guide you on a reasonable offer & negotiate appropriate terms!

Don’t go it alone! Yes, you can find an abundant amount of information on Zillow and other real estate websites, but using a buyer’s agent is a necessity.
