Congratulations to my buyers on closing on their new home in Boulder that has great views of the mountains and overlooks the city!

I met Mark and Nathalie through Zillow last year while they were still living in the UK. They called and told me that they were looking relocate to Boulder for a new job opportunity. After meeting with them I was able to find their family a rental to move into so they could get more familiar with the area before purchasing.

From there they decided that South Boulder was the perfect spot for them and after seeing a few homes, we were able to get this one under contract. Looking forward to seeing some of the updates they have planned for this place.
