We’re proud to share the successful closing of two recent transactions, driven by Beau Gamble and Kevin Nelson, representing both private clients and mission-driven organizations across the Front Range.
In Boulder, we represented the seller in the sale of 5150 Valmont Road to the City of Boulder for $3,000,000. The City intends to redevelop the site into an affordable housing project—an important step toward addressing housing needs within the community.
In Wheat Ridge, we represented the buyer, TRU Community Care, in the acquisition of 3885 Upham Street for $2,400,000. The organization plans to renovate the building for owner-user occupancy, furthering their mission of providing comprehensive, all-inclusive senior care services.
These transactions reflect the continued demand for well-located properties serving both public initiatives and essential community services.
