Jordan Pederson knows how to put on a show—and a showing.

She’s a passionate Poms coach, former pageant queen, and dedicated Realtor. As a Boulder native, Jordan has always loved representing her hometown. She credits her appreciation for Boulder County to the picturesque neighborhood she grew up in, Devil’s Thumb, which is surrounded by open space, trails, and the majestic Flatirons.

Jordan recalls a tight-knit community where she and her friends would walk to school and spend most of their time outdoors exploring the neighborhood and open space where her home resided. She realizes she was lucky to have such an idyllic childhood. Her sense of home was always solid. Her family played an important role in her idea of home as well. Her dad attended the Naval Academy for nuclear engineering and enlisted in the Navy for 5 years. He then joined the Navy Reserves for 7 years, obtained a master’s in engineering, and left to become an executive in the technology field and start his own business.
