sellers in the constantly changing real estate and mortgage environment. I am committed to my clients' needs and am truly dedicated to my community. I am comfortable servicing Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont and Louisville and have specific expertise in Boulder's NEBO Community, including the Four Mile Creek, Kings Ridge, Northfield Commons, Northfield Village, Palo Park neighborhoods. I was born and raised in majestic Breckenridge and attended college at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. But I had always dreamed of being nestled at the base of the foothills in Boulder. In 1994, my dream became reality and I love everything about this fantastic city. In June 2009, I married my wonderful client Mark Taylor, whom I had unsuccessfully helped buy a condominium. (It was either marry Breckenridge native Mark or sell him a second home!) We now spend our free time at our Breckenridge house and have the best of both worlds. Like many others that flock to Boulder, I enjoy all outdoor sports such as mountain biking, cruiser bike riding, running, climbing and backcountry skiing. I am now exploring new adventures with my son, Cooper, such as Friday BBQs at the Elk's Lodge pool. Real estate is incredibly rewarding at many levels and is filled with surprises both good and bad. Seamlessly getting through the bad ones is what sets me apart from other agents. If I can make the experience positive, my client can still walk away with a warm feeling. And I love the housewarming party! Just sitting back and watching the joyful new buyers show and tell makes me beam. Years ago, I was invited to RE/MAX Alliance as a buyer's agent. My home-building background with my father dovetailed my sales experience and made me the perfect candidate to be a successful REALTOR. Being the curious newbie, I found myself in the COhomefinder office asking President Lane Hornung all about "what he was up to." Soon after, Lane handpicked me to be a Broker on the COhomefinder.com team. This has been a fantastic experience for me as a real estate professional; 8z Real Estate has far surpassed my expectations. In addition to the many superior innovations 8z offers, I am part of a family that is doing the right things and changing real estate in Colorado. This is a platinum experience for my clients. My considerable business background taught me the finer points of creating value for customers, but it can be simply summed up as Service, Service, Service! I am very thorough and I use all means of communication to keep in close contact with my customers and clients, whether it is through phone, fax, email or more simply in person.
