Multigenerational living isn't a fallback anymore — it's a deliberate strategy more families are choosing. 🏡

According to NAR, 14% of recent buyers purchased a multigenerational home. These families aren't making the best of a bad situation — they're rethinking what "home" needs to do.

Why families are choosing this path:
• Shared costs make homeownership more accessible
• Caregiving support for aging parents or young children
• Remote work makes living near family more feasible
• Daily support and shared routines that strengthen connections

If this is something your family is considering, the key is getting the strategy right from the start — the right property, clear financial structure, and honest conversations before you sign.

A little design moment from that was too good not to share … Repost from

Furniture design duo Lindsey Price and Donnie Criswell spent more than a year perfecting their Vail lounge chair—a minimalist perch with a slim, powder-coated steel frame, leather back straps, and cloudlike cushion. But it was worth the wait: “Vail emerged as the clear winner [of our collection],” Price says, noting that the couple’s brand, , has released several iterations of the bestselling piece since its debut in 2019.

The newest edition, pictured here, is a patio-ready version outfitted with weather-resistant nylon straps and durable, machine-washable upholstery. In other words, it's a seat fit for the rugged-yet-refined Colorado lifestyle.
