Inviting those interested in building a unique Over 55 community in Boulder County. I envision modest sized homes and/or duplexes with a clubhouse & fitness room.
It could be similar to Forest Park Over 55 community in Lafayette.
We would identify a parcel of land (10 - 35 acres) & purchase together or join with a developer for our community.
