Brian Hrynkow nailed a 5k PR in Maui this past weekend. 18:30 (5:58 pace) Ya'll remember how slow he was in July? ;-) He's gonna have to run with the lead group when he comes back in May!

CTC athletes are starting the year out great. Kuincey ran 3:46 at Phoenix, a new pr by 10min. Wade ran the 5k in Phoenix in 18:49 which is a pr by over a minute and 3rd in his age group. Jennie won her age group in a local 10k. Congrats.

Big congrats to Brian Hrynkow for 9th at ITU Sprint Worlds. Brian is the 'new guy' to our group. I think a few of ya'll met him about 6 weeks ago at track. With that race he realized his goal of turning pro. I'm looking forward to turning this rookie into a seasoned veteran
