represents the interests of the rental owners, property managers, and landlords of more than 16,000 residential rental units in the City and County of Boulder. We offer a valuable monthly newsletter, excellent education and training opportunities, and networking opportunities at our monthly luncheon meetings. Our meeting attendance is over a hundred people - a testament to the value of our organization. In addition, BARHA members have free access to a court-tested lease form and other specific forms that are required as a part of all leases in the City of Boulder. We closely interact with city, county, and state government and lobby officials to protect the interests and improve the regulatory environment for rental property owners and managers. This benefit applies whether you have two units or a hundred. The other part of BARHA's membership are Vendors and Suppliers and provide a much needed and valuable link to the products and services required to effectively manage rental properties.
