Boulder County market update!! September brought a seasonal shift to Boulder County’s market, with inventory rising 5.2% from August but still 15.1% below last year. The average closed price rose 4.0% month-over-month and 6.0% from September 2025. Despite softer transaction volume, year-over-year price growth points to continued value across Boulder County’s market.

For sellers, the combination of lower year-over-year inventory and continued price growth creates opportunity, even as the market settles into a more deliberate fall rhythm.
