🏡 As we end Q1 2026 and go into Q2, I appreciate the insights and data from 👊 Overall summary - interest rates were 5.9% and have shot up to almost 6.65% 🆙 over the last four weeks, which has begun to slow buyer demand and cool off spring market activity a bit👎 Costs are up! 💸 Employment/hiring is down 🔽 , so this also has folks ‘staying put’ and not moving. Also, many owners are ‘locked in’ at low interest rates and are reluctant to sell/move. Days on-market are at 4-year highs for sellers 🕰️ and 34% of all properties are receiving price reductions. No one knows where rates will go, but it is anticipated to be an overall ‘flatline’ year for in inventory & sales. ↔️ I will monitor local pricing and values and lemme know if you want more specific Boulder County, Colorado info/data. 🏡🏔️☀️
