Congratulations to my clients on the successful closing of their Boulder home.

Saying this year tested me would be an understatement, and this transaction will definitely hold a spot as one of the toughest.
This was a really solid home and a smart investment, but sitting on one of Boulder’s busiest roads was our biggest hurdle in a market where Buyers can easily pick and choose.

We received seven offers and went under contract twice over the course of six months, only to have both fall apart when the Buyers changed their minds.
I’m very grateful we ultimately found a buyer who recognized the property’s potential. If it hadn’t been for the rockstar agent representing the Buyer and the great teamwork all around, we wouldn’t be celebrating this closing today.

One day, when I finally write down my real estate memoirs, this one will get its own chapter!

Huge congratulations to my dear friends, Maja and Pavel, on closing on their dream home in Denver!

Over the past seven weeks, we faced so many twists and turns, but every time there was a new challenge on the horizon we kept pushing forward—because, as Henry Ford wisely said:

“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off the goal.”

And no matter how many obstacles appeared, we never lost sight of the finish line.

Today marks a special milestone—I’ve just closed my 100th transaction!

Congratulations to my new homeowners, Alex and Noelle! 🏡🍀

100 clients, 100 homes, and 100 unique stories. WHAT.A.JOURNEY.

This milestone definitely didn’t come easy.
Real estate is a true rollercoaster—one that runs on caffeine, fast thinking, and real determination. It’s the 8 AM showings on Sundays and the 10 PM contract negotiations.

The deals that come together seamlessly and the ones that test every last nerve. It’s explaining, again, that yes, the Zestimate is wrong, navigating inspection surprises, and those moments when you’re refreshing your email every five seconds waiting for that final loan approval. And no, it’s not Selling Sunset, I don’t wear high heels to show houses, and there’s zero drama. Well, almost.

I seriously couldn’t have done it without the trust and support of my clients, friends, and colleagues. Every referral, every kind word, every bit of encouragement over the years has meant so much to me.

There are two people who deserve a special shoutout: My amazing friend and colleague Megan Lamerato, —how lucky am I to always have you just a phone call away? We’ve shared countless memories and have so many stories to look back on.
And Jason, my biggest fan, who now knows more about contracts than most real estate agents—he’s practically a licensed professional at this point 😂

I’m not exactly sure what the future holds, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for whatever is ahead.
Real estate keeps me on my toes, and I’m ready to keep going—so here’s to the next chapter!

Buying a home is always a big deal, but when it comes after a major life change, it can mean so much more. This home isn’t just a new place to live—it’s a fresh start, a new chapter, and a space to create new memories.

Real estate is about more than just transactions; it’s about people, their stories, and the moments that make a house (or condo!) feel like home.
