We never quit. If we are not able to provide a quick and swift collection, then we continue to work the case over time as is required to collect on many judgments. The status of an individual will often change over time (they get a new job, or come into some money, or purchase some real estate) so we continually work a case until all current available assets are garnered, and then if more is owed- at regular intervals we return to the case and re-run the searches with the latest data and technology available, so we are ready to move quickly when there are new assets available.
We are always on top of industry standards and never stop expanding our ability to collect on judgments. We believe that with the ever changing governmental regulations, alongside ongoing improvements in the world of data mining technology- it continually creates new opportunities to find individuals, assets, and other resources that were not previously available.
Our agreements are contingency based- meaning there is ZERO up front (or out of pocket) cost to you. So there's ZERO risk in having us attempt to collect on your judgment! We ONLY get paid if/when we collect.
