Okay, maybe not LITERALLY, but what we lack in green grass we make up for in mountains + sparkling personality. ✨😅

For me, moving the family to Louisville, CO changed more than I expected it to.

We spend WAY more time on foot or on bikes, really no matter the season. I’ve also truly come to LOVE running into someone I know virtually everywhere we go. I’ve gotten to know business owners and supported local schools and events.

I guess somewhere along the way, this sweet place stopped feeling like somewhere I lived and started feeling like home.

And I think that’s really what people mean when they say the grass is greener. It brightens the way your everyday life FEELS.

Seriously, my favorite texts sometimes have nothing to do with buying or selling!

It’s when a past client or friend texts me for the roofer’s number, asks where to go for date night in Louisville, sends a photo from the kitchen they finished renovating, or tells me they finally tried that little spot I would not stop talking about.

It’s the part I love most about getting to work with such amazing humans through such a big part of their lives. Why would it stop at the closing table?

the house may be how we meet, but being someone you trust long after the keys are handed over is what means the world.
