Can I tell you why I really wrote this book?
Because I kept seeing smart, capable investors lose deals… not because they weren’t good enough — but because they didn’t know their options.
Creative financing isn’t complicated.
It’s just rarely explained clearly.
So I wrote The Creative Closer to give the actual how-to — not the hype.
The book is split into two parts:
* The 7 creative strategies (subject-to, seller finance, lease options, etc.)
* Then contract-to-close — finding deals, negotiating, structuring paperwork, and actually getting them done
And instead of launching it quietly, I built a 14-week book club around it so we can walk through it together.
