A VERY belated congratulations to my friends, Bambi and Larry, who have finally made their dream of moving to Colorado a reality!! We sold their vacation home and found their forever home (both in Broomfield) last fall AND they sold their Texas home and made the big move. Whew!

They are finally settled in and loving it and I finally got to give them their awesome closing gift; a custom oil painting of Daisy, their sweet Boston! I have to give props 🙌 to my incredibly talented artist friend for doing such a fantastic job.

I am so excited to have these two closer and for their new chapter of Colorado adventures to begin 💃🏻💃🏻. They started out as strangers I met on the internet many years ago, looking for a second home and have become the dearest of friends. ❤️❤️

Congratulations and gratitude go out my Clieneighfriend (client + neighbor + friend). Thanks for trusting me and my process along the way and giving me the opportunity to sell your awesome home! Under contract in 2 weeks and closed in just over a month..not too shabby in this “interesting” market!

Every ending has a new beginning and I think that’s part of what I like about my career so much. Selling a home can be many things: bittersweet, good riddance!, painful, stressful, exciting and sometimes just another transaction and buying can be such a journey as well, but what lies ahead is yet to be written!
