We know that without kitzies knowledge and expertise we would have lost out on the recent purchase of our future home. We knew that she would not steer us wrong, and by trusting her and going in with a strong offer we were able to avoid a bidding war and the stress that comes along with it. She always provides quick communication and is willing to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Kitzie to any family member or friend in need of an agent!

Kitzie was on point every time we interacted with her. She was always prepared, answered all our questions, was willing to go 10 and more houses in a row. We had marathon house viewing sessions of 20 houses in 2 days! Once we found the house we wanted to bid on, she made the transaction super fast. I've never even heard of such quick closing! She was always pleasant, professional, prepared, and friendly. We couldn't be more pleased with our interactions with her!
