Hello Everyone,

Today's market update shows that Utah home listings are down 35% from this time last year while homes under contract are only down 10.7% from last year. This indicates that pent-up demand still exists even as the supply is severely limited. Demand is expected to continue strong as interest rates remain low.

Needless to say, it is a great time to sell. Buying on the other hand may present some challenges depending on your own criteria.
