Bountiful Manor Owners:

The HOA board has organized the next owner's meeting and everyone is invited to attend or send a proxy vote. Details are as follows:

Date: Thursday February 8th
Time: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Location: Bountiful Manor Club Room, Main Level
Topics of Discussion: Introduction to Empowwred HOA, new online portal, parking lot lights and stall numbers, financials and roof upkeep.

More details will be forthcoming but we wanted to make sure you all had the date of the meeting so you can attend if you'd like.

I’m sure you’ve all noticed, but we’ve got unintentional pumpkins growing in the front of our building!! There are lots of blossoms and little pumpkins growing.

Once these pumpkins are ready for harvest, it’s first come, first serve! Hopefully they’ll be ready in time for spooky season!

For all those who may have missed it, please see the HOA newsletter below.

We’re also providing a sign you can print to hang on your door if you’d like trick or treaters to visit you this year. We have quite a few children here and we’d like to offer them a warm and safe trick or treating option close to home. Hang it Saturday or Sunday or both if you’d like trick or treaters to come! For those who’d like to go trick or treating, please only visit those homes with this sign.

We are also doing a Halloween door decorating contest so let’s see your spookiest decorations! Judging will be done on Halloween.

Bountiful Manor Homeowners,

The 2021 annual homeowners meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 17th, from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. With the current pandemic restrictions, we will not be able to hold the meeting in person, but we will be holding it through zoom meeting. We need at least half of the homeowners present to have a quorum to do business so please make every attempt to attend the meeting or fill out a proxy and allow someone else to represent you at the meeting. Please contact us if you are not able to make it to the meeting and would like to still vote for board positions.

The HOA Board of Directors maintains, manages, and oversees the entire community. As per the Bylaws the Board of Directors consists of homeowners who volunteer their time for the betterment of the community. There are several board positions open this year and we are in serious need of volunteers. Most HOA business is done through email and they typically meet onsite four times a year. If you would like to serve on the board or have questions, contact Matt at: [email protected]. Please consider serving on the HOA board.

Recycling has come to the Manor!

We are excited to see everyone embrace recycling and hope it adds value to the community!

A flyer was delivered to every door in the building. Or you can reference the flyer here.

One very important reminder, please do NOT put your recyclables in a garbage bag or sack. Those are not recyclable and we can be fined for having plastic bags in the recycle bin.

Instead just dump the loose recycling in. If you need to carry it out in a sack or garbage can, please just dump it out into the recycle bin.

Some of the damage we had with the wind storm. Sadly we lost our big pine tree in the front. It could have been worse. And we’re happy everyone was safe!
