Experienced residential assistant property manager.
Core Hours of availability: Monday- Friday 9 AM- 5PM, within 5 hours each day
Must be available on 2nd and 6th of each month. Typically, only an hour is required on the weekend’s possibility more in an emergent situation or based on business needs.
Position responsibilities:
Conducting tours
Scheduling and meeting with vendors as needed
Conducting move out reports
Collecting move in funds
Inspections
Know basic maintenance or be willing to learn (lighting, water heater, changing locks,
installing smoke detectors, fixing a tripped breaker, door handles and changing filters)
Picking up supplies
Posting legal notices within necessary timeframe
Effectively communicates with management, residents, and prospective residents.
Customer service skills
Overseeing project turns
Be observant of activities on complex and collaborate with management
Proficient knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, google docs)
Individual to be detailed oriented, organized, reliable and integrity
Needs to provide own:
Smart Phone with photo messaging capabilities and ability to install apps
Laptop with internet capabilities
Printer
Dependable car, capable to carry supplies for a unit
Experience/Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Real Estate, Business or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3+ years of family property management experience in multifamily property management with at least 20 units.
