This one closed right smack in the middle of our move and Christmas! I wanted to wait and post and give it the thought it deserved. Successions are tough. They are often very emotional and it's hard to say goodbye to the homes of lost loved ones. I can say that making it to that closing table and seeing the interaction between buyers and sellers...it was wonderful. So happy to see this home have a new beginning. The former owner would have wanted it that way! It was also under contract within 10 days of listing and with multiple offers. Such a precious little home!
