Spring has sprung……. Grades are being set, foundation is laid out, excavation for footings is just about to start and we should have concrete in the ground next week. Our new facility is finally on its way.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage work orders with clients & team members
📝 Create estimates, order materials & invoice jobs
💬 Communicate updates using company & client systems
🔍 Source and coordinate vendors as needed
📞 Participate in on-call rotation (2 weeks every 6–8 weeks)

📌 What We’re Looking For:
💻 Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Drive
🔨 Basic construction knowledge (preferred, not required)
📚 Willingness to learn and grow

Site grading continues for our newheadquarters facility in Bow NH. Foundation layout should be by the end of early next week. Stay tuned for bigger exciting news on this project next week

📣 Now Hiring - Sweeper Driver📣
Amoskeag is looking to fill an immediate position for a first shift sweeper driver! Experience preferred.
Work schedule is M-F approximately 6am-3:30pm with a fluctuating end time. Occasional Saturdays may be needed.
Work consists of operating a new Odra MT4H mechanical sweeper to sweep State and municipal roads as well as commercial parking lots around NH and northern MA.
No CDL necessary but applicants must possess or be able to obtain a DOT medical examiner’s certificate prior to starting employment.
Driver is responsible for safe and efficient operation of the machine, daily grease and fluid checks, minor repairs and adjustments, cleaning the machine, and reporting maintenance items and issues to supervisor.

🚧 While we may have been a little quiet online lately, our team has been anything but idle! 💪

Behind the scenes, we’ve been hard at work making critical repairs and keeping our clients locations up and running smoothly. 🛠️

Late Friday afternoon, we were called to respond to a serious incident near the Canadian border in Vermont — a dumpster truck vs. building collision. 🚛💥🏢

Our team quickly mobilized to:
✔️ Assess the damage
✔️ Clean up the site
✔️ Secure the structure
✔️ Provide temporary emergency power after 3-phase electrical lines were ripped from the building ⚡

Huge shoutout to the crew for knocking this one out of the park! 👏 Your dedication ensured the location stayed operational and continued serving its local community. 🙌

And a special thank you to Brown Electric for jumping in and assisting on this one — teamwork like this makes all the difference! 🤝⚡

❄️ Winter is coming — and we’re ready! 💪

As the cold season rapidly approaches, we’re excited to be part of the 23.3 Club once again!

Our brine-making operations are officially underway, and the big dogs have been hard at work making sure every mix hits that perfect ratio. ⚙️💧

Keep an eye out as we start pretreating and seasoning ground surfaces for the 2025–2026 winter season.

The craftsmanship from these gentlemen has been nothing short of amazing — going above and beyond to keep the store open while maintaining top-quality work! 👏🔨✨

👷‍♂️ Work in Progress | Southern Massachusetts 🛠️

Our team is making great strides on concrete and railing repairs at five ADA access ramps around a distribution center for a major grocery chain.

So far, we’ve been:
🔨 Removing deteriorated concrete
🧱 Installing fresh, durable concrete
🧹 Stripping rust and old paint
🎨 Preparing surfaces and applying protective coating to last for years

💪 The project is moving steadily forward — great work keeping these access points safe and strong!
