All my client wanted for Christmas was a new home and that's exactly what she got!!! This journey wasn't easy for her, but she pushed through, enduring being outbid in a market with low inventory. Then while we were out looking at homes, she received a call that the home she was renting caught fire and lost everything. She even spent a few weeks in the hospital.
I told her we could start searching again once she was out of the hospital and feeling better, but she told me to keep searching and she was fine with touring homes on FaceTime because she wanted to be in a home by Christmas. I'm not going to lie, the holidays were approaching and I was worried that I would not find the right home in time. BUT GOD...
I prayed for God to heal my client and guide me, and as the song goes, "He may not come when you want Him, but He'll be there right on time". Not only did we find a home, but a move in ready new construction that checked all her boxes. She was released from the hospital a few weeks ago and two days before Christmas she received the keys to her new home 🙌🏾
Thank you God!!! Thanks to my client for allowing me to take this journey with you and trusting me. Also, thank you for referring this hilarious little spunky lady to me. We're all family now because I will definitely be checking up on her.
