Well, I got the faucet, cabinet and vanity repaired and replaced. Why did my guy charge me $550 to do that?🤔 It seems like too much for the work, and actually he wanted $600, but I got him down $50 and added recalling bathtub and tightening toilet for that price. Was that a fair price or did I over pay for the labor? 🤔

My Lender just tried to rob me of $11,100.50 in fees they thought I wouldn't notice on the HUD1.🤬 😤 I am doing a cashout refi with the the same lender I did my last 4 transactions with in the last 12 months and they thought I wouldn't notice $11k by sending me the final HUD1 at the last minute (30 minutes before scheduled closing). These lenders and title companies think we are too dumb and too desperate to do the deals, that we wouldn't do the math and check line items on the HUD1. It's a damn shame. And all they could do was apologize for the mistake and tell me it was someone else's fault.

People, PLEASE read your HUD1s carefully and ask for a Draft HUD1 days before you close so you can get a head start at catching mistakes. They are counting on you being excited to close that you won't catch mistakes. 💯

I don't know what to do with my Hoarder of a tenant who's on 100% voucher. 🤔 Thr guaranteed rent is good, but her utter filth is causing damage to my property with an infestation of rats, mice and roaches. 🤢

Should I:

1- do nothing and continue getting guaranteed rent;
2-wait until the lease runs on and ask her to leave
3 or try to evict? 🤔
