Does anyone else feel like the REAL new year starts after Labor Day?

Summer vacations are winding down, routines are getting back in place, and for me, it feels like it’s time to refocus, reset and finish the year strong.

And the real estate market feels it too.

This is the time of year when serious buyers start saying, “I’m ready.” Sellers who have been thinking about making a move start asking, “Can I still sell before the end of the year?”

The answer is yes, but now is the time to start planning.

So I’m back at my desk, working on contracts, following up with clients, preparing for closings and helping people figure out their next move.
