Some closings test your skills… and others test your prayer life! 😅

Five years ago, I helped Mr. Cartledge buy this beautiful Upper Marlboro townhome. This year, I had the honor (and adventure) of helping him sell it. Let’s just say there were a few plot twists along the way - lively conversations about numbers, a short “time-out” in our listing agreement, and some last-minute creative negotiations that could’ve been their own Netflix episode. 🎬

But in true Cartledge fashion, we made it to the finish line - together! 🙌🏽
