We've just finished our latest remodel and we're very happy with the results. Welcome to 229 Kattawar Circle! Located near Bristow Elementary and Warren East High School, this home is literally, minutes from food and fuel. This home is conveniently located for those working in the Transpark, Downtown Bowling Green, and the Medical Center.

Rent is $995/month. The security deposit is $1,100.

All potential residents must complete a credit and background check through TransUnion SmartMove. This will include all residents 18+.

1453 Salem Circle is ready for a new loving family! This three-bedroom, 2-bath home is in the front of the Northridge subdivision, in the northern part of Warren County. This home has a bit of a country feel, but is just minutes from schools, food, and fuel. This home is conveniently located for those working in the Transpark, Downtown Bowling Green, and the Medical Center.

Rent is $1,300/month. The security deposit is $1,400.

All potential resident must complete a credit and background check through TransUnion SmartMove. This will include all residents, 18 and above. A fee is paid by each potential resident to TransUnion. As a result, we do not charge an application fee.

Note: There are scams where individuals “steal” the profiles of homes for rent and market them on FaceBook and other rental sites at a very low rental rate. They hope you will send them money to “hold” the house for you (they always seem to be out-of-town). Don’t fall for these scams. We will never ask for money until you have seen the home and are satisfied this is the home you want.
