Love is in the air! Come out Saturday to Share The Love 5K at the Loops at Lovers Lane Soccer Complex. Race starts at 9 am. “Day-of”Registrations taken up until 8:50 am. All proceeds will go to Potter’s Children’s Ministries (No shirts or packet pickup, but awards given to top three in each 5 year age group).

Kentucky is now requiring all people measuring radon to become Certified by either the NRPP National Radon Proficiency Program, or the NRSB National Radon Safety Board. Peter Brandt, of B and B Inspections, as of March 24, 2020, is the only Licensed Home Inspector residing in Warren County that is Certified to measure radon in Kentucky. NRPP Certification #111211 RT.

What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection creates a written report generated by a licensed professional home inspector after they have made a careful evaluation of the property. It is intended to give home buyers an unbiased, knowledgeable accounting of any identifiable issues a home has before they make the final decision to buy it.
A home inspection typically takes place while a home is under contract- which means you’ve made an offer on a house and it has been accepted. A buyer has a set period of time, which is laid out in their purchase agreement (it is often a week to ten days, but it varies) to complete the home inspection, review the results, negotiate the repairs to take place with the seller, and then decide if they want to leave the contract. Under most purchase agreements, the buyer can leave the contract without a financial penalty if the home inspection reveals issues that aren’t agreed to be fixed or are compensated for by the seller.
