If I were buying a new build right now, this is one I’d be looking at.

It’s in South Haven, a brand new subdivision in the South Warren school district.

I LOVE this house.

Like… the kind of love where you start mentally moving furniture in while you’re still walking through it. The finishes feel elevated in a quiet way, and the layout is perfect.

Two bedrooms on the main floor is huge! Perfect for guests or aging parents. And the kitchen? Oversized island, custom cabinetry, and a butler’s pantry (I’m obsessed)

Things I can’t stop thinking about:

🔥 The beautiful fireplace with built-ins on both sides
📸 Picture frame trim straight off my Pinterest board
🛏️ Five bedrooms total so you’re not outgrowing it in a few years

At some point, paying more for less just doesn’t make sense anymore.
