Yesterday was closing day on this beautiful new build! Congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their dream home. When they called me in mid-May saying they found their dream home, we immediately scheduled a showing. They knew right away they wanted to purchase the home. We called their lender (thank you Kegan Brown - Flat Branch Home Loans) and had their pre-approval in hand right away. We got our offer submitted only to be rejected. The seller of this house did not want to take an offer that was contingent on the sale of a house that hadn't even been listed yet (fair enough). We did not let that "no" stop us. We dug deep and had their house on the market just a few days later! We went under contract within 36 hours and resubmitted our offer on this house. This time the seller could see that we were serious and our offer was accepted! A few short weeks later my clients got to the keys to their dream home. I love what I do!

I was so excited to represent both the seller and buyer during this transaction. My sellers relocated and purchased a beautiful house in another area. My buyers for this transaction have been by my side for months as we searched for the right house for them. Sometimes the stars align, and this home was definitely one of those times. I am so excited for both couples as they embark on their new journeys! I hope years of joy and happiness are in store for them!
