One aspect of the selling process that I value is the use of a pre-listing home inspection.

While they are not used in every transaction, I believe they can help create a more informed and transparent experience for both sellers and buyers.

A pre-listing inspection can help:
• identify concerns before going under contract
• reduce surprises during the buyer’s inspection period
• give sellers time to make thoughtful decisions about repairs or pricing
• create clearer expectations throughout the transaction

I believe thoughtful preparation before a home hits the market can often lead to smoother conversations and fewer unexpected hurdles later in the process.
