We are actively seeking a hands-on property manager for a small apartment complex in Bowling Green.

Expected duties include:
* Posting, vetting, and renting vacant units to tenants.
* Minor repairs.
* Turnover units after tenants move out.
* Handle all maintenance requests.
* Collect rent and deposits.
* Handle complaints, past due, and evictions.
* Schedule or handle lawncare, exterior landscaping, & snow removal.

Compensation is the first month's rent plus 10% of rent for all units under management.
