Check out this New Construction we completed a couple of years ago. This customer opted for more amenities and less square footage. The home is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, built with our typical high-efficiency standards.

A great way to enhance the home you build is to sacrifice some square footage like this. Yes, it may not be as spacious, or you may sacrifice an office/bedroom, but your square footage is much more functional and comfortable. This practice is also a great way to get all the amenities you want while staying within budget!

This home has outstanding finishes throughout the house and great conveniences, like the pot filler in the kitchen, Herringbone tile, custom color island, custom vanities, custom tile shower in the master, outstanding hardwood floors, and beautiful exterior wood beams.

Take a look at these beautiful outdoor living areas! This customer has been a repeat customer with us for many years. Our goal for this engagement was to add this screened outdoor living area then perform maintenance items, update the existing outdoor kitchen, and install a covered outdoor kitchen under the covered porch.

The porch addition has some wonderful amenities like outdoor heaters, outdoor TVs, sturdy screens to keep out the bugs, a tile floor, storage under the porch that is accessible by the barn doors on the front, and a stained blue ceiling. The blue ceilings for outdoor areas are becoming very popular. The blue ceiling keeps the bugs and birds from nesting in the corners.

The existing outdoor kitchen didn’t need much, so we updated the countertops and added some extra storage for additional firewood.

The existing porch also needed minimal updating, but the customer wanted a covered outdoor kitchen and to update the porch ceiling to the beautiful stained ceiling you see in the pictures.

We always love when a customer takes advantage of the custom options we can provide during a remodel! This customer opted for some outstanding items, like a heat sauna, towel warmer, and heated floor throughout the renovated space.

This was our first time installing a heat sauna. The experience really taught us a lot and ended up turning out just like the customer imagined; combined with the sizeable heated floor through the bathroom, closet, water closet, and shower this space will be perfect for getting ready in the morning and relaxing in the evening.
