Coming to Bowling Green, KY!

We are super excited to announce that Dr. Mireya Mayor, explorer and primatologist from the Discovery Channel's Expedition Bigfoot, will be returning to the Capitol the first weekend in August. But this time (get this) she's bringing A WHOLE TEAM with her to host the first ever "Bowling Green Bigfoot MiniCon!" The slate of events is incredible, and tickets are NOW on sale!

On Saturday, August 3, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., attendees will enjoy a full-day of illuminating presentations by Dr. Mayor and a team of experts including Dr. Jeff Meldrum, Professor of Anatomy & Anthropology; Russell Acord, survivalist, Expedition Bigfoot star; and Ryan Golembeske, Bigfoot researcher, cryptozoologist.

For an extra special preview, fans can socialize with the internationally acclaimed researchers if they purchase add-on tickets for the VIP Cryptids & Cocktails experience on Friday night at SOKY Marketplace. For those not ready for the fun to end after the Saturday's MiniCon, tickets are also available for a 6 p.m. Bigfoot & Beer Afterparty, again at SOKY Marketplace.

🏡 Had an awesome birthday morning volunteering with REALTORS® Hope for Hunger in Bowling Green! 🥳 It's amazing to see how our community comes together to support local schools and families in need. Sorting through the generous donations was both humbling and inspiring. 💪Huge thanks to everyone who contributed and to the college students who dedicated their time to help out and collect donations. Together, we're making a real difference! If you haven't seen pallets of Ramen you haven't lived. lol

I'm thrilled to announce that I've officially completed my Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) course! I was recognized this week at our local MLS, RREALTOR Association of Southern Kentucky, Inc. April meeting. 🌟

This is similar to a follow up education course that real estate agents can take to further there knowledge is all parts of a real estate transaction. However, several choose to never go beyond their basic licensing courses. Negotiation skills are crucial in the real estate industry, and I'm committed to providing my clients with the highest level of service and expertise. 🔑🏡 Exciting News! We're officially at CLOSING! 🏡🔑

After a roller coaster ride of negotiations, hurdles, and challenges, I'm thrilled to announce that we've successfully closed on a property that was truly a labor of love to say the least.💪 This deal tested our patience, perseverance, and problem-solving skills, but we never backed down! It is now going onto a couple of budding investors that scored a real nice deal as well.

A huge shoutout to the entire team involved – from lenders to inspectors, attorneys to contractors – your dedication and hard work made this closing possible. 🙌 It truly takes a village, and I'm grateful to have such an outstanding colleges in the real estate industry.
