Come by my office grab an application, there's no fee to apply. Just need to pass a background check, your income must be under a certain amount to QUALIFY, then have all the money to move and get utilities on at the time you sign the lease. My applications are outside my office door, 255 Eastern Heights Ave. If I'm not in my office put the date and time on the application place it in my drop box. Holly Hills is also Tax Credit income restrictions apply there as well. Eastern Heights Condos and Duplexes are conventional income restrictions do not apply, these units you will pay the electric, water, trash and gas. No one on my waitlist for these units, come by see me, we'll see what we can do to help.
