My team has gone above and beyond this year and I want to take a moment to give recognition to each of them. Despite the pandemic, I had no doubt that my employees would face this challenge and prevail.

Samantha just passed her IREM test and is now a Certified Property Manager. She’s managed Kingston Square Apartments since October and is at 100% occupancy. Valerie now has 100% occupancy at our office building after signing two long-term leases this year. Phi has brought in new members into Ment and signed multiple office leases in the last couple of months.

I am proud to have employees like them as part of the team. Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for their continued success. Enjoy your Starbucks gift cards, ladies!
