Interest rates? Blah, blah, blah. I don’t give a 💩! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hear me out.

Yes, rates are higher. But what matters most is whether the monthly payment fits comfortably within your budget.

I bought my home about a year and a half ago when rates were around 7%, and that is still the rate I have today. My previous home was wonderful, but I needed more space for Sam and a more central location for my real estate work. This home fit our lives better, so I bought it.
