The inside of this 3 bed 2 bath home is relaxed and cozy.
The master bed has a king sized bed and a vibrant peacock theme. Relax and listen to the many vinyl records in my collection.
There is a huge his and hers walk in closet in addition to the closets inside the master.
Walk through the laundry room and you'll find yourself in a private spa oasis. A deep soaking tub and huge walk in shower with rain jets await you after a long day.
The other two bedrooms are huge as well. One bedroom boasts another king sized bed in a safari themed room, complete with a built in workspace and an adorable settee couch. Perfect for curling up with a book.
The third bedroom has an adventure theme. There's a queen sized bed and desk for work or writing your next memoir. The closet is huge and contains many games that will keep you and yours occupied for hours!
The 2nd bathroom has an extra long vanity and all the essentials with lots of cupboard space.
The kitchen is a dream. All the essentials are there for cooking, baking and entertaining. There's two coffee pots (drip and pod), baking sheets, crock pot, toaster, coffee grinder, bullet blender and more.
The living room has a huge TV, wood burning stove and space to stretch out and relax. The home has Internet as well.

What I love about the location of this home:
It's on one of the most beautiful lakes in Louisiana. The home does not have property rights on the shore but you can easily walk down to the lake edge and the boat ramp is literally a quarter mile from the house.

The Cotile lake recreation area is very close by as well. There's a playground, picnic areas and a swim beach!

Lil Boo's is down the street and Dollar General and Boo's Gas station is close as well. Alexandria is about 18 minutes away and is an easy commute for traveling professionals who need to work in the city but prefer a secluded, quiet retreat after a long day!

For fishermen, Cotile, Kincaid and Valentine lakes are super close and Toledo Bend is not far at all! Cotile lake has occasional fishing tournaments and is also a great place to use your kayak or canoe!

Outdoors:
Located on 1.26 acres on Cotile lake just outside Alexandria, Louisiana. My home is a quarter mile from the Cotile Lake Boat Ramp! We have a nice view of the lake from our property and you can wake up to a sunrise and relax every afternoon watching the sunset. There's a fire pit outside to keep you toasty at night watching the stars and roasting marshmallows. There's an amazing in ground pool to cool off in during those long hot Louisiana summer days.
There are RV hookups and plenty of room to park your boat!

Hello! Welcome to my dream home! I feel so blessed to own this property and can't wait for the day I can live here full time. My daughter is still in high school here in California but after graduation we hope to be out there. Until then we have chosen to share the home with folks who need a place to stay for a few days or months!
