We’re heading to Orlando next week to attend the International Builders’ Show. The goal is to keep learning—pick up new tips and techniques, stay current on the latest products and technology, and continue sharpening our skills so we can offer the best possible service. Staying educated on new materials, tools, and installation methods helps us stay competitive and deliver quality results.

And if the weather cooperates, we might sneak in a little beach time too.

Last Monday Jeremiah and I shoveled the entire roof of this huge barndominium. Then we pulled the entire crew together and installed standing seam roofing. We had a 2 day window and we made it happen.

Windows and siding coming soon.

Condo renovations complete..... 😵‍💫🫣🤯
This one really tested our patience. If it could go wrong, It did... repeatedly. We overcame all obstacles and got it over the finish line.

Special shout out to Seth Howie for all the custom built-in closets and cabinetry. Rodney Bruning for coordinating every detail and getting everything there when we needed it.
Everyone on the crew for having their hands on some portion along the way.

Shed-dominium 😉
Located on the shore of Lake Charlevoix
this 20'x12' storage shed comes equipped with a changing room to accommodate guests coming in off the boat.
Interior finishes yet to come.
