Interesting story, an agent from my office showed my listing prior to it going on the market and sent me a full price FHA offer

Within an hour of this listing going active I received multiple offers including cash.
For some reason I felt compelled to working with not only because she’s is with my office but because she was so proactive. She reached out to me as soon as she saw that this was a possible fit for her client. Showed the property prior to it being on the market, in the RAIN and sent me an offer right away. No time wasted and that’s the type of agent I am and I like to work with.
