It’s time to get away from the cold for good! I’ve sold real estate for 35 years. I’m a graduate of the realtors institute(GRI), a pricing strategies advisor(PSA)and a certified negotiation expert(CNE). There are things that come up even after the contract is finalized. For example, with an FHA loan, egress and ingress to the home is mandatory or the loan will not be approved. If there a problem with your windows being sealed shut, that will need to be rectified. You’ll want to have a REALTOR who knows the answers. Demand a REALTOR with experience and Education.
