I am unique in that I have a background in Interior Design, including staging for an HGTV show, and so I leverage home design to provide full-service Home Staging for my clients. I have found Staging to be a great value, helping my clients best present their homes for the market, and realize higher value in their home sales. My local network is stacked with trusted professionals that help my clients along the way. I leverage great working relationships with other real estate professionals and see each transaction as an opportunity to work together, like a team, to achieve the best results for my Clients, while enjoying the process each step of the way. Growing up in Bozeman MT was a privilege that I do not take for granted, I love where I live, and showing & Selling Montana property is truly a dream come true for me. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, whether hiking with our dogs, skinning deep into the backcountry to ski powder, fly-fishing the many blue-ribbon trout streams, or discovering mountains all over Montana with friends and family. Every fall, we take a trip to celebrate the start of our story — 14 years ago. This year’s escape: Tippet Rise, Red Lodge, and one last drive over the Beartooth Highway before it closes for the season. 🍂

That twisting willow structure weaving in and out of the old barn is “Daydreams” by Patrick Dougherty — hand-woven entirely from branches harvested right there on the property. Looks like something out of a fairytale, or maybe a witch’s home if you ask me (feels about right for this time of year). We left our mark inside: 14 Sarah + Sean.

We biked out to Domo, the massive structure by Ensamble Studio where they host live performances each summer — one of our favorite spots on the whole property.

After a lovely evening in Red Lodge, we closed out the next day with a drive home over the Beartooth Highway — one of the most beautiful roads, in my opinion, especially with the color this year.

With 14 years in, this is still one of my favorite days of the year.

Just Sold 🦬 near Hebgen Lake, West Yellowstone

So happy to have helped this young family find their first home near Hebgen Lake in West Yellowstone. After years of searching for the right fit, they landed somewhere truly special — wildflowers and buffalo roaming in the backyard. Getting to be part of their start here means so much. I used my interior design background to advise on improvements and make the finish selections, put on my project manager hat to coordinate the work, rolled up my sleeves and got hands-on with a few projects myself, then staged it top to bottom. One month later we relisted with a fresh look and a sharp new strategy.

The rest? Well, the numbers say it all.
