Exciting progress at Graf Apartments Phase 2! The pool slab has officially been poured, and residents across both phases will soon enjoy the addition of a second, state-of-the-art clubhouse. This incredible new 11,000 sqft space will complement the existing 2,500 sqft clubhouse from Phase 1, bringing even more amenities to our growing community.
