Meet our newest Escrow Officer at MTE! 👋 Megan VanAusdol
She is passionate about helping people navigate the home buying and selling process—especially since it can feel overwhelming if you’ve never been through it before. Her goal is to make every transaction as smooth, easy, and stress-free as possible.
A little about her: she grew up as a military kid—born in England, then moving to North Dakota at age two, and eventually settling in Bozeman when her dad retired. Bozeman will always feel like home to her ❤️
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and their two kids. If it’s warm out, you’ll likely find them outside—boating or hiking in the mountains! And when she’s not in the office, she’s living the farm life… driving tractors and putting up hay 🚜
If you’re ever looking for her at lunch, it’s probably at La Tinga, Finks/Wildcrumb, or Cosmic Pizza 😄

Haily is our Title Assistant, and we’re so happy to have her on the MTE team!
Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Haily loves calling the Pacific Northwest home. 🌲
When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find her spending time with friends and her husband — ideally with a good glass of wine in hand. 🍷
Her go-to coffee stop? Treeline Coffee ☕
✨ Fun fact: Haily has spoken Spanish since she was young!

Before joining MTE, Haily worked in high-level recruiting, where she loved building relationships and getting to know people — something she continues to bring to the team every day.

Missy is the Escrow Assistant to Tammy Redfern, and we love having her as part of the team!
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Missy spent much of her childhood moving around the Northwest before eventually settling here.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her:
🧩 Working on a puzzle at the kitchen table (she proudly admits she’s a puzzle nerd!)
🥾 Hiking or heading out on a road trip
🏔 Visiting Yellowstone, one of her favorite places to explore each year
📚 Relaxing with a good book
If you’re looking for her local favorites, she recommends:
🌶 Café Zydeco for Cajun food
☕ Mukai for great coffee
One thing she’d love to see more of around here? Southern food!
✨ Fun fact: Missy was once a published author! Before joining MTE, she also worked at Skin Care MT, helping check in patients and working with medical insurance.
