One thing about Bozeman is that there isn’t a shortage of good places to grab lunch. These are a few that stand out for me.

After living here for almost 30 years, the staples are pretty easy to name, but what keeps this city interesting is the newer spots that quickly rise to the top. These three spots are good examples of that.

This community is always growing and changing, and the best places, old and new, play a role in that. It’s a reminder that living here isn’t static, and that’s part of the appeal.

Everyone always wants to know... is Bozeman in a buyer’s market or a seller’s market?

My take? It’s a healthy market.

After the surge we saw over the past few years, Bozeman is starting to level out. Inventory has come up, giving buyers a bit more room to think, but demand is still there and well-positioned homes are continuing to sell strong.

It’s not as extreme as it was. It’s more balanced. And that’s a good thing.
