🎁 🐕We couldn’t ask for a better Christmas gift! Every single dog has been adopted & will be spending the holidays with their new families! Every 🐶kennel is empty! 🎉 We know this won’t last long, but tonight we celebrate, rest & reflect on how grateful we are. We want to thank our generous supporters, followers, adopters, fosters, rescue partners, volunteers, board of directors and most of all - our amazing staff. They are some of the most dedicated animal welfare professionals in the biz and they truly love & care for these homeless pets as if they were their own. ❤️ It’s been a great year full of happy endings. NOT looking for a skiing, hiking, running partner? 🗻 Good, Ellie isn't either! She's more of a couch potato dog that would be so much happier watching TV with you and hanging out in your yard playing fetch. She's 3 years old & would be best as the only dog in the home, but loves people and toys! She often helps greet guests at the front desk and is super sweet, potty trained & laid-back. "Dog Days of Summer"! 98 degrees here at the shelter today and Thor and BlueBelle were enjoying some stock tank swimming. The more Thor is settling in, the more we see he can be adopted out with a larger, calm dog. He successfully lived with a Lab before. He is not aggressive at all but due to his size (145lbs!) we suggest no small children or critters. BlueBelle is about as sweet and mellow as they come.
