🏡 Sometimes the property you almost skip… becomes the one you can’t stop thinking about.
We’ve looked at several homes together, some more than once. We’ve walked through, talked through the possibilities, compared options, and tried to figure out what would truly feel like home.
And then there was this one. At first glance, we actually decided not to see it. 🤷♀️
But thankfully, we changed our minds.
One showing turned into hours of conversations about the potential, the possibilities, and what this property could become. We talked about what we loved, what we could change, what we could create, and most importantly… whether we could see their future here. And somewhere along the way, this house went from “maybe we don’t need to see that one” to “THIS might be the one.” ❤️
Then came several days of negotiations, conversations, numbers, patience, and a whole lot of back-and-forth. And today… WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉🔑
This is exactly why I love helping buyers navigate the process. Sometimes the right home isn’t obvious at first. Sometimes you have to walk through the door before you can see the possibilities.
And sometimes… the one you almost skipped turns out to be the one you were looking for all along. 🏡✨
