We’ve recently seen a massive increase in fraudulent rental ads using properties that are currently listed for sale, including some of our own listings and listings from other brokerages in the area.

A few things to keep in mind:

✅ If a property is available for rent while it is listed for sale, that information will be clearly disclosed by the listing brokerage.

✅ Be cautious of listings with unusually low rent, pressure to act quickly, or requests for deposits before you’ve viewed the property.

✅ Never send money, application fees, or security deposits to someone you cannot verify.

✅ If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Today was such a bittersweet closing day for my sellers. While they are sad to leave the home they’ve loved for the last 30 years, I’m so excited for the new chapter ahead of them as they move closer to their children and grandchildren. ❤️

Even though closing day is Tuesday and the final walkthrough is Monday, here I am at my seller’s house making those last little finishing touches for the buyer — replacing the faucet, putting up a new shower curtain rod, and adding a brand new shower curtain. 🛠️🏡

I truly believe the little things matter. I always want my clients and the buyers walking into a home to feel cared for and confident in the process. My goal is to go above and beyond for every client and make sure each transaction goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish.
