There’s something so special about handing over the keys to someone’s very first Lake home. 💙

Getting to help a couple who loves the lake just as much as my family, makes this one extra special. What started as clients quickly turned into friends and now, neighbors.

Here’s to new memories, lake days, and a beautiful new chapter at the lake!

147+ ACRES. ONE PROPERTY. SO MANY POSSIBILITIES.

What if you stopped looking at land as just land and started looking at what it could become?

📍 Bracey, Virginia | 147+ Acres

Whether you envision a private family compound, a new residential neighborhood, an investment/development opportunity, a business or recreational destination, a private hunting retreat. This property gives you the space to think BIG.

With extensive Highway 903 frontage, mature timber, open acreage, and room to create, the possibilities here are limited more by imagination than acreage.

🏡 Build a family legacy.
🌲 Create a private hunting estate.
🏘️ Explore a residential community.
💼 Develop a business or investment opportunity.

Don’t just buy acreage. Buy the opportunity to create something.

📲 Let’s walk the property and start imagining what’s possible. 757-653-4990

This is such a beautiful neighborhood! You need to see it in person to really take in the beautiful Lobby Pines and Lake from the private community ramp!

Located in the highly desirable Granite Hall Shores community, this beautiful 13.8-acre property offers the best of both worlds… privacy, acreage, and lake access!

Although the lot is off-water, owners enjoy access to the community’s private boat docks, making lake days easy and convenient.

The property has already had the brush cleared with paths cut throughout, so you can easily walk the land and truly fall in love with everything it has to offer. Plus, with no hunting restrictions, the possibilities here are endless… build your dream home, create a recreational retreat, or enjoy your own private escape.
